专利说明:
description MOUTH AND NOSE MASKS The invention relates to a method for producing an oral and nasal protective mask and a mask produced thereby. At the latest since the outbreak of the “Corona” pandemic, all people have been confronted with protective mouth and nose masks. The attachment of the protective masks around the ears by means of rubber bands or by straps over the back of the head is often perceived as uncomfortable and annoying. Reusable masks should always be washed before reuse. Existing single-use masks - with rubber ear clips - are expensive. The often heavy and thick fabric materials feel uncomfortable on the face. The folding of the material also gives way - unintentionally - and often covers up to half of the face. The look of many of these masks is unaesthetic and disruptive to the face. It is already known to form disposable masks by folding paper. However, these are not sufficiently usable for practical use. After such or similar viruses can reappear in the future, it is the object of the present invention to provide a mask which avoids the disadvantages outlined. The mask should, for example, like conventional paper handkerchiefs, always be at hand, not only in the case of acute epidemics but also for possible everyday situations against e.g. mouth and nose expulsion of aerosols. Furthermore, the mask should be helpful against strong exhaust gases, bad environmental conditions, strong odorous surroundings, after the consumption of strongly spiced dishes, etc. Furthermore, the mask should be cheap, aesthetic and useful. By peeling off the protective film from the two adhesive points and simply sticking it in the cheek area, the mask should also be comfortable to wear and, after a single use, it should be safe to dispose of. The invention is through a method for making a protective mouth and nose mask given, the method being characterized in, - that a sheet of tissue paper or Filter paper with two side edges and top and bottom edges on both sides from the side edges to Half inwards up to a first fold line, - that the folded edges formed on the outside (according to folding scheme A) are folded in half on both sides up to the center line, or that (according to folding scheme B) from the folding edges on both sides to the center line in a zigzag shape, - That the mutually adjacent sections of the narrow sides of the mask are fixed by means of a double-sided adhesive tape each covered on the outside by a release film, and - that, if necessary, to use the mask to cover the mouth and nose, the separating film is peeled off both double-sided adhesive tapes so that the mask can be stuck to the face. The mouth and nasal mask is characterized in that it is formed from a sheet of tissue paper or filter paper and is formed by multiple folding on both sides of the center line of the sheet and that the mask has a double-sided adhesive tape on its narrow sides, whereby the Mask can be stuck on when applied to the face. Further features can be found in the claims, the description and the drawing. The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Figures 1 and 2 show in an oblique view a first folding scheme A. The pictures 3a, b, c show successive processes when folding the mask. Figure 4 shows the plan view of the finished mask. Figure 5 shows an alternative folding scheme B as an alternative to Figure 2. Figures 6 and 7 show the side view of the masks according to the folding schemes A and B in the closed state. Figures 8 and 9 show another folding scheme C in two states of folding. The mask is formed from a sheet 1 of tissue paper or filter paper with two side edges 2, 3 and an upper and lower edge 4. In a first step, the sheet 1 is folded halfway inwards from the side edges 2, 3 to the first fold line 14, which lies in the center line 5. The folded edges 6, 7 formed on the outside are then folded in half as far as the center line 5 on both sides according to a first folding scheme A. Alternatively, according to a folding scheme B according to Fig. 5, the folding edges 6, 7 can be folded on both sides up to the center line 5 in a zigzag shape. In both cases there is thus a multi-layered tissue paper strip or filter paper strip as a folded blank 10 with two narrow sides 8, 9. FIGS. 3 a to 3 c illustrate two alternative forms of further folding of the folding blank 10. In a variant, according to Figure 3a on both narrow sides 8, 9 of the folded blank 10 and then fixed with a strip of double-sided adhesive tape 11, as shown in Figure 3c in the lower portion of the mask illustration with reference to Figure 3a. Alternatively, according to Figure 3b, the edge on both narrow sides 8, 9 is folded in at an angle so that the narrow sides 8, 9 are folded in lying in the center line 5, as shown in Figure 3c in the upper section of the mask representation with reference to Figure 3b . This tucked-in section is also secured with a double-sided adhesive tape 11. Figure 4 shows the result after the folding and arrangement of the double-sided adhesive tapes 11 according to Figure 3b. When the mask is put on, the double-sided adhesive tapes 11 are freed from the release film, so that the adhesive layers are exposed and after the inwardly folded tissue layers have been folded out, the mask can be attached to the face, with the nose and mouth resting in the folded-out section of the mask. Figure 5 shows the alternative folding according to folding scheme B in zigzag form, with all further processing steps remaining the same as for the first folding scheme A. If the mask is provided according to folding scheme A, the side view results in the appearance according to Figure 6 when the inner folding sections 12 are folded out of the plane of the folding blank 10. If, as an alternative, the folding scheme B is used, the side view in the closed state of the mask results in the appearance according to Figure 7, the mask being folded or bent around the fold line 13. The sheet 1 can consist of any foldable material such as tissue paper or filter paper, which meets the legal requirements for filter action and air permeability. These materials are mostly made up of several layers and the filter effect is increased by the folding. In this way, the requirements according to the FFP2 standard can also be achieved. The masks can also be used well for short-term daily use when there are fewer requirements. It can be advantageous to store and provide them in small packages, as is the case with paper handkerchiefs. In the alternative folding scheme C according to Figures 8 and 9, the first fold line 14 is laterally at a distance from the center line 5. Then the folds can be carried out further, as it corresponds to the previous description. This has the advantage that the center line 5 is covered twice by the material of the sheet, as a result of which the increased filter effect of a double layer of the sheet 1 is given in the finished mask on the face.
